Still requesting payments

I am still being charged by Sky even though I have fully repaid my contract. The virtual assistant keeps asking the same questions, and even when I request a live agent, I still encounter the same issues. The helpline virtual assistant asks irrelevant questions and often doesn't understand my situation. This is the second time Sky has continued to charge me after I switched my internet supplier. Now, I am also being double charged for my mobile phone, despite having paid the full amount. I don't want to spend my time repeatedly asking them to stop requesting payments. Please do your job.

@Konstantinos+Dimi  contract for 

subscription services ( data plan) continue at full price unless you physically call sky to either cancel the charge at the end of the minimum term or negotiate a new deal

A device I paid the full amount and the still request monthly payments. The biggest issues is the poor costumer service.

@Konstantinos+Dimi  Are you sure it's device payments they are still taking and not monthly data plan payments (these will continue until physical cancelled)

Are you saying you are did your contract off or you paid a lump sum to pay the device off ?

 

Either way to call Sky say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free

The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

even if it was a fixed discount until that date the price can still change (from £0).

The still charge me for the fix amount for the device not for the data.

Ok,, it will create a credit on your account.  You'll need to call Sky to ensure the payment is correctly allocated.
