Still have credit on old sky Q bill after upgrading to glass
It's been a couple of months and I've sent my old equipment back just wondering how to get a refund or get it knocked of my sky stream bill

Have you been charged a non return fee, is so do you still have the proof of posting from when you returned the equipment?

I have an email thanking me for sending it off as the courier has it, that was on 30th October
