Do you mean HBO max as at the moment a stand alone Hayu subscription is not yet free on Sky only the basic with ads Disney  +. Is free as long as you have a ultimate tv entertainment package if you have a high tier tht is chargeable and  if you have a basic with ads HBO max  subscription is also free providing you have ultimate tv subscription, again if you have a higher tier that is also chargeable. How did you activate these subscriptions if you activated though your Sky box  at bacic tie they have been without extra charge.

@Kellyanne1 As above, Hayu is not available as part of your Sky sub yet (presuming you're eligible), to change your Disney tier you can do so through either the box itself or through the MySky app ( I could have sworn it was on the web online account but has disappeared if so).

HAYU subscriptions aren't included yet, that is coming at some point next month.

Disney + subs are included depending on which Sky TV package you subscribe to, and that only covers the basic with ads plan. If you upgade to a higher plan on Disney + it costs more, and also you need to make sure you have activated your Disney + subscription and linked your disney + and Sky accounts together (https://www.sky.com/tv/apps/disney-plus

Yes you can do it  on line by logging on to your account on the Sky.com web site. Then clicking on  the little head at the top right of the page. This give you a menu,, Select " you products" from list this will give you screen of all of the products in your packge. Called "Your content packs " , scroll down the page till the blue box that says " Manage content packs" . Then click on "App subscriptions ". will give you a page with various apps subscriptions. Find the Disney +  little box  and it will say  "change plan" click on this, and will will give you a screen so you can upgrade or downgrade your Disney + subscription.

You just need to go directly to https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/app-subscriptions

Then click on Change Plan under the relevant apps and it shows you the options and prices.

@DaveDrizen @MarkGoldsmith I'm well aware of where it used to be but Disney has gone walk about. I've only got an expired Paramount sub, the HBO free sub and a Discovery free sub.

I've just checked on the Q box to make sure it's still working (it's fine) and then went in via the 'my package' link on the Q box. I'd forgotten that since we weren't watching it, I'd downgraded to ad supported (it's still in the process of changing) and it must be that that has removed it on a web browser for me. Possibly to stop me confusing it by changing it again but then the Q box has a link to change it from there, not that I'm brave enough to do that.
