Still being charged

Still being charged for the months ahead even though I've cancelled and returned all equipment and paid the cancellation fee?

When did you cancel and what did you cancel so Sky TV, Broadband etc ?

What is your billing date each month ?

Did you receive an email announcement from Sky regarding the cancellation ?

So I cancelled sky tv and broadband late July and I returned all equipment in the packaging they sent me. Had confirmation that they received it. My billing date is the 21st of every month and I've just paid my cancellation fee today of £234.60. Received confirmation on my sky account that they received payment, but they're still billing me £34 on the 31st of every month from October

That may have been the early cancellation charge for broadband: current T&C's say television cannot be cancelled early.

Sending hardware back won't cancel a contract.
