Contract was signed over to Vodaphone on the 22 September.
Change over was organised by both parties, Sky and Vodaphone.
I have had no finishing statement, and my account has been billed for £40.
Furthermore, future payments have not been cancelled by Sky.
Refund has not been forthcoming.
Please note it is FRAUDULENT ! to access someones Bank Account without
authorisation, and I hold the right to take action if this is not settled asap.
I have still got Mobile with SKY, BUT because I cannot trust SKY, I am thinking
of moving my mobile as well.
(Score : 2 out of 10 for effort).

As this happened just a few days ago and because our bills are created 14 days in advance it is quite possible that you would have to pay the bill even though you have left Sky. Once it has been paid the overpayment should appear on your account as a credit that can be refunded back to you and help in getting this credit refunded for you can be arranged via here so when you see it as a credit and if you want help via here then post back here.

Bank contacted and any charges stopped until SKY have the curtesy to sort this out !.
I should not be doing, sorting all these problems.

It is over 14 14 days ago, and the account has STILL not been closed.
If I did not take action, further charges would be take on the 3rd October !.

I suspect the only way you'll sort it out is to contact Sky. Cancelling your payments won't do it.
