Still being billed by paramount

I am still being billed by Paramount for my subscription despite it being included in my Sky package. I understood that my contract with Paramount would be cancelled. Is this something that I have to do myself? If I cancel it, will I lose my paramount history e.g favourites, continue watching etc?

That sounds like you haven't linked your Paramount and Sky accounts together. You need to follow the steps in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-paramount-plus
