@AndrewSmith20.07  Your post has been moved from the Accessibility Board as this isn't a Sky Accessibility service related issue.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

🔶online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🔶 Sky Assistant should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🔶Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Can i speak to an agent about streaming?

OK. Nothing about what i asked about. If you think i'm buying a Sky TV that's streaming only and one of those pucks you've got another think coming. You couldn't give a damn about your customers and how good their TV picture is. You just want to save even more money by streaming instead of satellite. When Sky Q stops i'm off to Freeview and Freeview HD. They will be there to pick up the pieces you and other broadcasters have left behind. Sky are absolutely loaded and  now you want even more. Greedy con company. You just don't give a toss about your customers. Physical media is remaining. It has to so we are able to watch proper SD (as good as DVD), HD as good as blu-ray and 4K (as good as a 4K Blu-ray). 4K via Sky won't even be proper 4K. Its too big a signal to fit down your broadband. Its supposed to be 4 times the shapness of HD (blu-ray) HD. As time goes on more and more people will know this and start buying ohysical media for there favourite programmes intead of watching them on a channel through Sky Stream or the other one with a puck. You and certain other companies have taken us back to 35 to 40 years ago. We're supposed to improve technology over time, not take it back to the days of analogue where the picture was far better than streaming. The complete opposite. All i can say is thank you Freeview (HD) for making our broadcasts with less compression. How does it feel that you will never be able to premier the Bond films in proper 4K, almost like the 4K blu-ray discs. People will buy them instead. 4K streaming including the Bond films. The streaming versions on prime will just use a previvous transfers  ofen done at 2K and upscale them or older less up-to-date 4K masters. 4K transferring has come along was in the last 6 years or so. Older 4K transfers aren't so good partly due to the computer software used to clean the film up. The movie companies are not going to do a brand new 4K project with the lastest equipment unless it's going onto a 4K Blu-ray disc or something else just as good. It s a waste of time and money as you won't notice any difference if streaming, even on a big TV. It will be far too compressed, the same as HD and even SD. Good luck with that one! Your audio will be heavily compressed as well. Dolby Digital Plus in 2.0 & 5.1 and Doby Atmos will be fake and compressed. No DTS-HD, DolbyTrueHD, PCM or proper non-compressed Dolby Atmos. How poor is that?

Re: Can i speak to an agent about streaming?

We're just other customers here bro

Sky won't read a single word of this madness

But in my opinion physical media is cooked, Its done for the majority of consumers

Only the niche collectors are interested in physical media and recording features for that matter too

@AndrewSmith20.07

No one is forcing you to do anything. You're just ranting to other customers here. Making multiple posts is pointless so they've been removed to prevent duplication of responses.

Oh dear @AndrewSmith20.07 , you aren't a happy chappy with things that cannot be influenced by your post(rant) here.

PLEASE use some paragraphs next time you vent, that wall of text is very hard to read.

I think a better place for you would be here

Also worth pointing out that everything will eventually be done via streaming. Whilst Freeview wil last longer than satelite broadcasting, even its days our numbered with it being replaced with Freely, which is the streaming version of Freeview.
