Start date for my Sky TV/ broadband package is wrong amend bill needed y

I am getting build for the wrong broadband and TV package start date as when their engineer came out the my broadband device had not arrived so he could only connect the telephone cable and also I had not set up my Sky TV package either so my bill needs to be amend as I only activate it my broadband and and TV package last week 7/09/2025 I spoke to you someone he said I would need to pay this bill in full what I did and the next month bill would be amended so I wouldn't need to pay anything or as much what has not been done and also as I was a new customer I haven't got my £40 voucher for subscribing to you either

Billing for Sky TV streaming can start 21 days of delivery regardless of if you have an internet connection as you can read about here:

If you had no service then you should see a credit added to your next bill for the number of days you had no TV service so if you haven't you will need to take this uo with Sky again as we are customers here like you.
