Your are not emailing Sky by posting on here.

 

If you have made a manual payment then as you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What should happen is a credit should appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account. You can also contact Sky to request a refund once you see the credit on your account.
