Speaking to sky in uk

whay is it so hard to get to speak to a sky person in the uk I can not understand when calls go to other countries.and why can they not get my name right. It is upsetting when the account is still in my husbands name for me as he recently passed away.

I'm sorry you're having difficulty. Unfortunately calls are automatically routed to the next available adviser irrespective of where they're based.

 

You could try the messaging option here. When I checked a few minutes ago, the service was unavailable, presumably because the messaging advisers were all busy, so you might need to keep trying: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/deceased-sky-account-holder
