Someone is changing sky I’d password without my permission

I keep getting emails saying that my son's sky id password has been changed.  He has not done this.  We've followed the instructions in the email which say 'If you didn't make this change or believe someone else has accessed your account' we need to rest password immediately.  This has happened several times now.  When I have changed the password and logged into the yahoo mail all of his emails have been deleted.  How do we stop this from happening and who can help us.

For the email issue login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

 

You might want to also change your recovery/household email address:

 

https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info
