Good evening
I applied to sky for the social tariff, they have arranged an engineer to carry out new cable work but now they say my records with D WP are not showing I'm on UC. I have been on UC for a number of years
has any one had a similar experience and how's this rectified
thank you

Are you the Sky Broadband account holder? In order for Sky to carry out checks with DWP they use your NI number. That may be something you need to ask the DWP.

I am an existing sky customer for over many years, and I have been on UC a number of years too, so I'm unsure as to what has gone wrong. I am scared I get billed for the engineering works etc, and I don't know how to rectify
