Skyq box keeps loosing internet connection

Hi over the last couple of weeks my sky q box has started to loose Internet connection. 

This was once or twice a week maybe but is currently 2 or 3 times a day..and it doesn't automatically reconnect. 

Having to reset connection and put in WIFI code everytime

It is an ongoing problem for many users & some have suggested that it might be connected to using non Sky Broadband, whether this is co-incidental or not I don't know, I do know that it happens with us & we're using Virginmedia BB.
