I don't need help, but I would like to share a warning. Please. beware of a Facebook page called SkyUK Complaints. This page does not belong to Sky, it used by scammers to collect your information. If you post on this page (as I foolishly did) they use your information to contact you by Whatsapp and try to mine your personal information and get control of your device. This scam is pretty sophisticated, lucklily they managed to annoy me before any damage was done.

In addition anyone contating Sky Via Social Media the links at the bottom of every page on the community will direct you to the correct place.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm so sorry you experienced this, but great spot in questioning it. That's definitely not Sky, and I've reported this internally!

Here's some advice on protecting yourself against scams, but as with anything, if something doesn't feel quite right, trust your instincts. You're absolutely right to question it and come straight to us if you'd like us to verify anything.
