I am a silver vip member but not able to access my rewards on the app when I click vip it opens the welcome to sky page so I click join in then click view my rewards it just takes me back to the welcome to sky page. When I try to access on the website I click welcome to sky then join in an I get an error saying there seems to have been an issue joining you. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn't work has anyone got any ideas thanks
