In a former Sky customer. I left Sky 3-4 months ago due to poor service. Anyway I was going to rejoin Sky as EE service is bad, and I mean really bad keep losing service 2-3 times a day. Anyway signed up everything was done then half hour later got an email with sky cancelling everything. I failed the verification ID... its not as if I'm a new customer I'm a returning customer.... what is going on

The lady I spoke to claimed she can't tell me anything as to why it failed.
