Sky values and complaint
Apparently Sky Values Team think that the way to resolve a mistake over a contract and sky overcharging you, is to offer you a ' new' contact that is actually higher than the original one.
Sky's approach to resolving complaints is laughable except its not funny when you waste hours explaining basic maths and terms of contract.
