Sky update broadband

Sky phone to say updating broadband in the area I said don't want it if bill increase - promise you sir no increase your bill will stay same with in 10days of broadband update now bill increase £10 a month hate sky I'm leaving them with everything mobiles and tv and broadband as soon as possible. 
cannot speak to a human anymore to even discuss this [Removed]

You could try putting in a complaint stating the date and time that you were told there would be no increase:

The conversation with sky saying ther will be no increase was around 26th March 2026 then I had new internet installed around 10 April and then bill increase 26th April

You are just telling other customers here which is why I suggested putting in a complaint as per my post above.

I have but nothing happens this company is so much stress to me and ruins so many of my nights and cost me so much money for nothing in return

If you have put in a complaint this then gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

Sky just decided it was resolved! You do realise people have a lot going on right oth out having all this work to chase up and follow something that shouldn't even be a situation in today's world! I told sky my internet what so slow that even tv was freezing in films ect. The advice sky advisor told me was - may be disabled some divides so that the internet has a better chance I pay for super fast broadband and I only have elexa and 2 mobile phones on WiFi
