Sky tv

Hi, I'm new to sky and was just wondering why ive had a bill and paid for my sky tv inwhich I was told I wouldn't be charged anything until I start using it which will be the same day as when my broadband is connected which is tomorrow 6/3/25.

If you are a Sky Stream customer then the billing for this can start before it is activated so if this is the case once it has been activated you can approach Sky about this as they might credit you for this period that you have been billed for it.

@De87 billing for Sky Stream commences when the device is activated. That happens automatically 21 days after delivery, if you haven't activated it yourself by then. Activation of Sky Stream isn't linked to activation of your broadband service.
