Sky tv issues with max

Hi 

Here’s a clearer, more polished rewording:

I have just been informed that there are issues with Sky TV when a Sky Max Hub is installed. I spoke with a Sky representative (who was very polite), who confirmed that there are connection issues and that Sky is currently investigating them. Will this be reflected on our bill, as customers are not receiving the full service they have paid for?

Talk to sky rep, and we went through the process of reconnecting sky tv to sky hub, t  he connection is intermittent. Cannot download from demand , connected apps , player , Netflix constantly lose connection, with sky mini /box constantly need reconnecting. As it's a known issue, is it reflected on customers bills?

We are just customers here but I would say it is unlikely you would see a bill reduction due to this issue unless they have told you otherwise.
