Yeah please do because if I don't receive the refund and it's no longer on my bill which I can see then I'd like to know where my £120.17 I paid is gone and what id get if somethings gone wrong. Will give an update Tuesday. Thanks

Still haven't received my refund for £120.17? I requested a refund on Monday and was told it would take 3-5 days it's been 7 days now. Before I asked for a refund the £120.17 was in credit and now when I go on the app to check the £120.17 is no longer showing up. Considering it's a pretty amount I'd like to know where my money has gone if possible. Thanks

If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
