@CH20023

All we can do is escalate this to the Messaging Team again like last time if it hasn't reached your account by a reasonable time tomorrow.

Re: Sky tv bill

Yeah please do because if I don't receive the refund and it's no longer on my bill which I can see then I'd like to know where my £120.17 I paid is gone and what id get if somethings gone wrong. Will give an update Tuesday. Thanks

Re: Sky tv bill

Still haven't received my refund for £120.17? I requested a refund on Monday and was told it would take 3-5 days it's been 7 days now. Before I asked for a refund the £120.17 was in credit and now when I go on the app to check the £120.17 is no longer showing up. Considering it's a pretty amount I'd like to know where my money has gone if possible. Thanks

@CH20023

If the credit isn't showing anymore then it could be that it has been processed so should show up via your account any day now.

@CH20023 I've flagged your message to Sky. Look put for the chat bubble as before. As your Sky account no longer shows a credit, it looks like the refund is on its way but Sky will be able to confirm.

@CH20023

You need to just with patient now with the chat process. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
