Apparently you didn't respond within the 48 hour timescale to the chat invite you were sent @CH20023 so are you able to do this if we alert Sky again for you ?

I’ve re-escalated your issue to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

I recently asked for a refund of 120.17 on monday about my bill that went on to credit I've been told I'll have it in a few days. How many days roughly should it be in my bank

It can take 3-5 to be refunded to you so if not today it could well be with you by close of play tomorrow.

I put in for a refund of £120.17p on Monday I was told 3-5 working days today would be the fifth day. How long roughly should it take and what should I do if I haven't got my refund even though I have been told by a sky employee when I was having a chat on Monday that it was done and would take 3-5 days.

As the chat invite was sent at 1130 on Monday I would suggest Tuesday is likely to be day one. So day five will be Monday 11th.

Still haven't received my refund for £120.17? I requested a refund on Monday and was told it would take 3-5 days considering it's been 6 days now. When I look on my sky app it doesn't say any moneys on credit anymore so I know it must have been sorted for it to no longer appear and it says "£0.00" am wanting to know what do I do if I don't receive my refund of £120.17p by Tomorrow Tuesday 12th December ?
