After being convinced to switch my broadband to sky and promised sky would credit me back my early termination charge from my previous supplier of £103! I can only assume this is an absolute scam, I've now seen multiple post from other sky users also complaining. I have sent over 15 emails to the switch team to only get some kind of automated message telling me to send the same documents over and over again until, low and behold, it's been over 90 days and now I won't see this money again! Absolute joke sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreMajor corporations generally don't advertise and promote outright scams quite so prominently: there are still some operative laws and regulations in this benighted country of ours....
However the Sky 'switch' scheme does appear to be horribly glitchy and inflexible, as you'll see from many similar posts in this forum.
