Banking apps typically prevent screenshots in order to prevent scammers being able to see/take pictures if they get themselves remote access to a victim's device.----Thats what I am saying, have stated

 

You may be better off downloading a bank statement and using that.--thats what im doing

As you hadn't provided that screenshot this is why they were most likely rejecting your claim so all things being well once you have sent them a shot of the etc charge and the banking image it should be accepted.

You would think so...Screenshots-jpegs-pdf,s-emails in their entirity from previous service provider stating so..Same result pal!
