I read in the national press that sky tv stream offers where as follows £31 a month with 2 months free no contract. and also £20 a month on a 24 month contract. I rang the value team today to get the £20 a month offer. but he said he couldnt see that offer he was in india so Im not sure if that offer has reached the value team over  there yet.
