Sky’s Digital assistant

Why is Sky's assistant so bad? Trying to get through to an agent but it's going round in circles saying the same phrases and questions - why can't it put me in a queue to speak to an agent. I do not wish to call someone and should have the opportunity to either email support or speak to someone via the web chat. This assistant can't understand simple questions, extremely disappointing considering how big of a company Sky is and they can't get an AI bot to understand simple questions/logic.

What issue are you trying to resolve?  We may be able to give some pointers.

 

You may be able to connect to someone by staying silent.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
