I have tried and tried for literally weeks now to gain access to my sky mobile account.
I have had all my prvious name and sky ID deleted and have been asked to create a new ID. I have done this yet it seems that the address or ID is not registered with Sky so everytime I attempt to register it always states "The sky user name or address are not recognised and have not been registered with Sky"
So despite every effort I am denied access to my Sky mobile account.

ould help because a manual paymefnt by faster bank transfer could be made to credit the account

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Useless is well stated, they are nothing but useless. For weeks now I have been unable to access my account!

I disagree every business going has an account number and sort code to make manual payments here in the UK but Sky no way they are absolutely useless and behind the times.

Disagree with what? Certainly every business with a bank account has a bank account number and sort code. However, not every business has a process for handling standing orders or manual payments direct to their bank account. Sky choose not to accept payments that way, nor are they required to.

Wrong!! As Spanner 77 has already mentioned.... there is always something wrong with "that page" sky just shrugs its shoulders... wont trust them with a DD if they cant manage finances properly.
