Sky ripping me off

After telephoning Sky to ask how they could reduce my bill because I now have no income. I was advised to cancel Sky Boost. This would save me £5.00 a Month.

Then I recieve this..**bleep**. 

 
We recently wrote to inform you that as you had cancelled your subscription within the minimum term, you needed to reactivate your service. As you've not contacted us to reactivate your service, the following early termination charges have been applied to your account:
£133.75.
Please contact me to resolve, I can't pay this and it makes no sense.

You'll need to call Sky. They won't contact you in response to your post.

As we are customers here who help each other you will need to take this up with Sky to find out what they have actually cancelled on your account.

No one from  Sky will contact you, this is mainly a customer helps customer community, any Sky staff present can't identify you from  a community login so won't know who you are either.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
