Sky rewards tickets

I received an email  saying I have won tickets to Disney on Ice. I am supposed to collect tickets from box office but there is nothing on my app to confirm I have won these..  I cannot keep children off school and have them excited if I am not completely sure I have won these. Can anybody help me
