Ive redemed the free paramount plus for a year but the voucher will now work and wants me to pay?

I've also signed up for the free year. When I created my account it confirmed that my first payment was due on 28/08/25 , but the confirmation email that has come through says first payment due 28/08/24 , hoping I'm not going to be charged but impossible to speak to anyone to query it
