Sky return charges error

We've been charged for not returning our Sky Q mini boxes despite having proof of postage. More worryingly, we have also been charged for 3 hub extenders despite having an internet contract with Sky.

 

Fed up of Sky's customer service after they made multiple UK call centres redundant and the retention offers which don't match what is available through legal streaming services.
