@Gumpymould Your post lacks context, to be fair though most businesses lack compassion(some more than others), you could of course raise a complaint if you feel that they have wronged you in some way.

Sky scammers

Sky have been ripping me off for about a year overcharging me and when I called them they don't even acknowledge anything you say. All they say is pay your bill otherwise we won't do anything to help you

You need to explain why you think you are being overcharged if you want advice from fellow customers. 

 

and when I called them they don't even acknowledge anything you say. All they say is pay your bill otherwise we won't do anything to help you

@Gumpymould withholding payment won't get you anywhere. If Sky have overcharged you and you've raised it in a timely manner, they'll refund the excess. But I suspect your overcharging allegations are perception rather than fact.
