Sky please sort


I’ve contacted sky several times to tell them that when my offer of cinema sky cinema ends not to renew it and this hasn’t happened, please cancel it and also refund any charges that have been made

ive been put from pillar to post today in the chat.
bit to agent to billing to loyalty then nothing I've hung on for hours

I then get a message when it was closed 

 

why have I been 18 years loyal

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

 

Have you given Sky your 31 days notice to cancel your trial of Sky Cinema ?
