@Taimia

There should be no need to make manual payments because if you do this to close to the billing date you are not actually paying the bill but instead you are just adding a credit onto it instead so for a refund to be issued do you see this credit ?

Re: Sky payment

Hi yes I can see that as I have not received my salary will be receiving next month but that would be grateful if the payment is cancelled I do not want to add it for next month credit. I will make the payment myself next month again.
thanks

I think you have misunderstood.

You should not be making manual payments as Sky will take it automatically from you and this can not be cancelled.

If you see a credit on your account then this can be refunded back to you so Sky's messaging team will contact you via a private message on here tomorrow if you would like ?

@Taimia
I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Community Messaging Team should make contact with you later today.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

This link explains what happens…

Bare in mind that if you make a manual payment next month the same thing will happen.
