I have just received a returns box for my Broadband hub, but I have already returned it with my sky Q equipment. Can this be verified.
kind regards

Re: Returning equipment
@MarkPoole1
Not by us. You may be aware already but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period (which is only 14 days for broadband but 31 days for Sky Q) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back.
NOTE: Posts on here suggest in some cases Sky are not requesting the return of some Sky Q boxes (check with them if you’re unsure).
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

The packaging would have been automatically ordered when the cancellation of your broadband service was put through so at present you do not need to do anything. If Sky then tell you that you have not returned the hub then post back here for further help.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
