Sky numbers Glasgow

I was given a number to call in Scotland for assistance for people who are sick/elderly or just don't understand it all.

 

They told me I could call and speak to someone who could explain my account and help me sort it all out.

 

I can't remember the name and I've lost the telephone number. Can anyone help please
