That's always a possible option, but I'd observe Comcast can probably afford better lawyers...
Generally, seeking to understand what's going on and then aiming for an amicable solution is preferable.

You'll need to explain this...
I'm not sure how you can be 'forced' to go back to Sky. But as noted above early termination fees may be contractually due as you have to pay for the minimum agreed term (all things being equal).

You haven't said why you were forced to go back to Sky. They won't have forced you. I'm not sure they have to accept a DRO.

I don't believe Sky or any provider has any obligation to keep a phonline active for that service if payment isn't made, trying to blame them is frankly ridiculous if your line is ceased due to non payment and I would be highly surprised if any reputable solicitor would try to challenge that.
Regarding the DRO if the Sky debt was included in your debt list and has been accepted then what has your insolvency practitioners said about it?
They should have contacted Sky(providing you have told them about Sky chasing you) and informed them to stop, however if Sky have rejected the order and provided proof as to why it shouldn't be included then they can still persue you for payment.

I believe they do unless there are legitimate grounds to object (which are pretty limited):

That doesn't make any sense. Sky can't turn off your care pendant. They can suspend your phone line, but they would only do thay in case of non-payment AND after warning you.
Still doesn't explain your earlier comment that you were 'forced' to return to Sky.
Seems there's more to this than meets the eye.
If you've moved to any provider while still in contract with Sky, that certainly explains the early termination charges which Sky are entitled to charge you.
