My account was suspended as I hadn't paid the bill (fully my fault) I paid £60 (bill was £55.99) and reset the DD back up. The next balance isn't due until 14th march, but I'm being told on my account that I need to pay the outstanding balance to get my services back on, and it won't even let me ring sky until it's fully paid. But as I understand it, it's not due yet??

I understand now, thank you! Just a bit misleading when I checked my app and it said to reinstate services I had to pay the current amount outstanding of 55.99. Thank you for your help!

Once your payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but be aware this may not be instant especially at a weekend as the banks are closed.
