Hi., I've flagged this with Royal Mail - should I be flagging this with Sky too?
box was picked up this am - but I have an email from RM saying sorry we couldn't pick it up.

Yeah I've got a ring doorbell video of the pick up..
just wondering if Sky would want to know in case it drags on and I get charged for equipment

You have the tracking for it as evidence, you have video evidence of the pick up (so royal mail person could be identified). Retain both, incase there is a problem down the line
If tracking shows delivered, print this and any supporting downloads (like signature of person in receipt, it is an option here but maybe not where you are)
