Sky messages

I have had emails from Sky to view annual account in my sky message box. When I click on them to open I just get a blank screen.

I would be careful about such emails as there is always the chance it is a scam one so what does this email actually want you to do ?

It's definitely from Sky as the message titles are in my Inbox when I log on to Sky. The last 3 documents/messages(annual accounts) just fail to open. Earlier messages sent before June open without any problem. Sky bot was useless hence I'm asking on this forum. Thanks for your interest.

What does this email want you to do ?

 

Have you just order a new device like a mobile/tablet or Sky Glass ?

As I said, it is just a standard email to view messages that are the annual account statements.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I did try this before posting on this message board. They directed me to the message board. I suspect I'll end up in a loop. So sad that Sky support has deteriorated so much. It used to be 5 star. We've been customers for over 20 years.

Have you responded to the private message you have been sent in the chat bubble because until you do you will not know if they can help you or not.

Hi

ive been on the chat since 5pm, they made some suggestions......didn't work so I've asked them to send me paper copies. But they have not replied in the last half hour so I assume they have closed the case. I've now spent at least a couple of hours today on this and I'm no further forward. I appreciate your input. I am so disappointed that Sky now has such poor service support.

I am having exactly the same problem. I requested a credit statement then received an email to open it but when I click on the inbox message it's a blank screen with only option of Back

Sorry to hear that and glad its not just me. You could try the online chat but it got me nowhere and I wasted hours. At the outset I suggest you ask them to send you a paper version as I didn't do that until after we'd tried other suggestions and by then he had disappeared and presumably closed the chat. One thing you might try in case it is an ad blocker stopping the documents to download is to turn your WiFi off and use mobile data. I can't do that from home as we cannot get a mobile signal. Let me know if that works and I'll try it when I go out and can get a signal. Good luck.
