Hi,
I changed my direct debit date to the 1st of every month back in January 2024 as I have a new job, since then sky market place has been trying to take out £10.99 for Disney plus every day for the past few months without me knowing, they are now saying I owe £65.94? Not once until tonight have I received any notification that I was in any arrears, Disney has not once gone off and I can't find any info how to change that direct debit date I even called sky and they couldn't help me!!

Hi thanks for the reply's but the links sent only let me change the card details not the payment date 😒
