Hi
Why is it so hard to get in contact with sky it's an absolute joke, sky keeps phoning me telling me who they are then hanging up on me from an 0800 number,
So I phone them back automatically tells me to go to sky.com which I do but they are trying to sell me things, so I phone another sky number I have and it goes on automated 6 different things I do not want & no number to press so I can select customer service.
Online chat is just as bad, I have to reply to someone else just to get my message across, last phone call from sky 10 minutes ago, I got better things to do at 4.20 in the afternoon than keep trying to get in touch with sky that never answers
