Can't access online help for understanding my bill
I have various issues with my bill things like in March I made a payment of £100 and my bill was £48 i should have credit of £52 however it only carried Along £9 sky can not answer me for this so I carried on now I've been charged today £66.75 and my bill is £48 there are no charges on my bill breakdown and no discounts that are due to end. I am unsure why my bill is constantly different i have tried to access online help but I can't seem to get through to a person and I am very hard hearing so a phone call is nearly impossible for me any ideas how I can get through to someone who can look at my bills and figure this all out. It's very stressful I've only been a customer for 5 months and have had issues every month as it stands to date. I don't feel very confident in resolving these issues but I'm willing to try if I can have a little help from you wonderful people on here you seem to be able to solve 95% more than the sky advisors so I have faith. Thank you

If you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~
