Sky is an absolute joke been with them 16 years my garentted speed dropped to nothing 0.0 and when I rung to complain got told my contract had run out and I had no speed guarantee so had to pay for no internet and as I had a medical call box for my terminal ill mother I pretty much got told unlucky nothing you can do. So now my mum has passed away [removed]
