Sky in a care home

Dad is already a customer how do I get him his sport channels now he has moved to a care home.

He is going to need is Sky box moved into where he is living now, so have you found out if the home has a communal dish and if it has will he be able to connect to it ?

As @caesarome indicates, typically a building like that cannot have multiple dishes, so uses a single dish with a cabled distribution system.  You need to establish if there's an outlet (single or twin) in his particular dwelling unit, and if the system is compatible with his (Sky+ or Sky Q).
