I need to find my old sky id account

A way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account.

 

If this doesn't work you will have to call Sky.

Sorry I just tried it and it didn't work.  The weird thing is I have emails going back tk the account with the same number. But I do t have the account information back for 2023 tk 2020. I'm really confused now beavausr there 2 direct I'd

You need to continue to engage in the chat invite with relevant information. The Messaging Team staff don't work 24/7 and you should receive a reply on the chat after 8am.

Hi Daniel 

 

  • I was o a private chat with Tom. He asked ne to fo through some security checks  I tied to fill them out but the box I was typing in kept failing to accept. I tried to carry on messaging in the private chat but nothing don't think they were going through.vso I messaged him on the public chat

If you're trying to add your account number for example the filters will block such attempts so try putting a dash or something in between them 

ie; 1-2-3-4
