Hi how do I link my Sky id to my sky account when i try to do this its not finding any details for me I don't know how to find my account number I'm a new customer and not received one all my internet is up and running I'm wanting to pay my 1st bill but can't log on without linking my sky Id I'm lost please help

You should have an automatic monthly payment set up - either a direct debit, or monthly card payment. It's unwise to make manual payments as they're likely to lead to duplication.

Your Sky account number should be included in some of your initial sign-up correspondence.

Thank you for your reply I had set this up but I'm having trouble with my bank acount and need to pay with a different card. I'm confused the only correspondence I've had is when my live day would be and I can't find any account number on there
