I have been with sky for 7 years and have recently seen that I had a gold vip membership.. over the last few weeks this has been reduced to silver membership.. does anyone know why this could be?
I only noticed as another group I follow posted that gold memberships could download the paw patrol movie for free.. so I checked for my children but showed that I'm only silver now..

It's really bugging me

Have you made any changes to your package recently like perhaps upgrading to Sky Q or Sky Glass or Stream ?
