Sky glass

I moved over from sky q to sky glass in aug, a month later I'm still being charged for sky q so im

paying For sky glass and sky q when I spoke to sky  they said  sky q had not been cancelled I said why would I need sky glass and sky q the said there was a system

error anyway 2

mknths later they still trying to charge me for both spoke to them today they cancelled my sky glass and sky q saying they could re set my sky glass back up which they now can't so I have only basic channel on sky glass and  nothing else now have to wait 23 days before they can try again . Had enough now who thought it be that hard to swap over

@Kelly263  Do you also have Sky Broadband?  As the broadband elemant my be what you're being charged for.  Once you have Sky Glass your Sky Q subs should be cancelled so you shouldn't also be charged for Sky Q at the same time as Glass

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I am being charged sky glass, sky q and broadband they have said it's a system

Glitch still not fixed even had a email

to thank me

fornreturn my sky q equipment . I now use nothing as they said they had to cancel sky glass to cancle sky q but now they can't re set up my sky glass so a I have is freeview
