Sky glass and broadband order now only broadband coming

After an amazing guy went through everything for quite sometime. Decided to place order with him. Sky glass 65" tv all the works highest broadband delivery today. Now the Skyglass and tv has been cancelled but still getting broadband order.  My current cost for my broadband and extra channels were crazy paying for 2 lots of subscription for netflex discovery so this is one of reason I wanted sky tv and package ,as well as itvx, channel 4 no adds another's not had any type of contract through dont know how much it's going to cost for my broadband at a loss not at all happy only can talk to a bot who's useless. Just may cancel all and look elsewhere anyone help checked searches on credit files nothing .

It does seem like you may have failed the required credit check(s) for the Sky Glass side of your order.

Be aware that if you order again this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
